Led by Patrick Flynn, NV combines more than two decades of construction experience with a deliberately personal approach to project management—giving complex residential projects the attention, communication and accountability they deserve.

WHERE THE NAME BEGAN
November Was a Family Name Before It Was a Company Name.
The name behind NV Construction is personal.
Patrick Flynn’s grandfather carried the last name November and operated a construction company of his own: November Construction.
As Patrick grew up, that example left an impression.
What stayed with him was more than construction itself. It was the kind of traditional work ethic the business represented to him—work hard, take responsibility, keep your word, respect the people who trust you and take pride in putting your name on what you build.
Those principles helped shape Patrick’s own path into construction.
Years later, when he established November Remodeling & Construction, the name was chosen deliberately. It was a way to honor an influence that had stayed with him and carry that standard forward through work of his own.
Today, NV Construction represents the next evolution of that idea.
The company is more refined. The projects are more selective. The homes and scopes have become more complex.
But the principle behind the name remains remarkably simple:
Your reputation should be visible in the work you leave behind.
It helps with historical continuity and branded search without cluttering the primary identity.

Patrick Flynn has spent more than 20 years working across construction and remodeling, developing experience that extends well beyond any single room, material or trade.
His background includes residential renovation, additions, custom construction, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, framing, concrete, tile, finish work and the broader coordination required to bring multiple trades together under one construction plan.
That range matters.
A substantial renovation is rarely just a collection of individual improvements. Moving a wall can affect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings and finishes. An addition has to become part of the existing home—not simply something attached to it.
Experience teaches you to see those relationships before they become problems.
That is the perspective Patrick brings to NV.
The person you hire should stay close to the work.
NV is intentionally structured around select projects so Patrick can remain personally involved in the decisions, coordination and quality standards that shape the finished home. Clients are not passed through a sales department and introduced to the company again after the contract is signed. The relationship remains personal. And so does the responsibility.
